Yowza! Lots of stuff going on for us this week! Sunflower Kids is having a popUp at Lander City Park, July 31, 2021. It'll be in the Gazebo at the playground area. 12-4.
1. We will have remaining silent auction items that were gathered, a year and half ago, for the Hunger Banquet.
2. Last chance to buy raffle tickets for the Elephant Quilt, which I am naming Tembo....that's "elephant" in Kiswahilhi. Tembo is being created by Betty Mathews. Raffle tickets are 10 bucks each and can be purchased between now and then. Grace Samweli and Hilda Laswai at Stepbystep Daycare in Arusha are lovingly creating more bling to feed the kiddos! 4. Amy Van der Veer created a gorgeous Sunflower Collage with us in mind.
